How is billing calculated?
Billing is per student, per term. If you have 400 students on the Standard plan, your monthly fee is 400 × UGX 15,000 = UGX 6,000,000 per term. Simple, transparent, and scales with you.
Is there a free trial?

Can I switch plans?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel), bank transfer, and cash payments for subscription fees. All payments are recorded and receipts issued via SkoulHub.
Is our school's data secure?
Yes. Each school's data is completely isolated using Supabase Row-Level Security. No school can ever see another school's data. We also maintain 99.9% uptime SLA.
Do you offer on-site training?
Yes. All plans include remote onboarding training. Premium plans include on-site setup assistance in the Kampala region. We also have video tutorials and a growing knowledge base.
